shell necklace

I got a drill press for Christmas and my daughter has been asking me forever to get a "tool" that would put a hole though a shell so she could have a shell necklace. Last night I got the drill press put together and had one happy little girl this morning.

Wall Decoration

The first picture is something that I made for abby a couple years ago when all I had was circular saw. Joey has always wanted one for his wall. I had some spare time yesterday so I made one with cars and sports balls.

Kitchen Island

I was able to put in the dividing wall on the kitchen Island tonight.

Kicthen Island update

I was able to add some sides and trim to the kicthen island. I thinking about putting a dividing wall and some doors on it next.

window shelf

Mindy loves to cook with fresh Herbs. So we bought some plants but we didn't have any place to put them that they would get some good sun. So I found this board for $1.99. What a steal. It took me all of twenty minutes to cut and put the edging on it. Then I stained it and followed up with a clear coat. Now her Herbs have a nice new home to catch some rays.

The Spice Drawer

Spices have always drove Mindy crazy. You know where do you put them. I saw this on a cooking show and thought I bet I could make something like that.

My First Project

Here is my first project a work bench that later became Mindy's kitchen island. It is still a work in progress. I will continue to post pictures of it as I add to it.
